Immunity? Not so much

A new study from China reports that 40% of infected people who don’t show symptoms of Covid-19 will lose the antibodies in their systems within two to three months. For those who show symptoms, 13% will also lose these antibodies.

Bluntly, that means that people can get infected twice in the same year. Once you’ve had it, there’s a risk that you can contract it again.

Further, there’s a risk that it can hide in your system, producing a negative test result, and then come back out to play.

Just get over it. Masks are here to stay.

The new “old saying” is so true:

You may be tired of the virus, but it ain’t tired of you.
