Another nuance of Wuhan coronavirus

In the early stages of the disease, a person can have the virus and show a normal CT scan. In fact, a carrier can be asymptomatic. That makes it extremely difficult to know whether any individual at a given point in time has the virus. It invalidates the current border screening that the US is using.
