Obesity Is Still Increasing in the US

With tools like IF816, there’s really little excuse. I’m down roughly 10 pounds per month with minimal changes in what I eat Lyn, who’s more rigorous with the diet than I am, is losing 20 per month. It’s a change in when I eat more than what I eat, and it’s majorly dented cholesterol and blood sugar levels.

There are now 17 formal clinical trials supporting this diet. This isn’t a fad diet or made-up research. Read this article from May 2018: https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/321690.php

That said, more people need to know about it because America is going in the wrong direction. We now have seven states in which more than 35% of the population is obese. These are all hard core conservative GOP states, and the rest of the country is being affected by the medical bills their obesity causes.

  • Alabama
  • Arkansas
  • Iowa
  • Louisiana
  • Mississippi
  • Oklahoma
  • West Virginia

In 2012, no state had that high a proportion of its population as obese.

Obesity is estimated to cause $149 billion in direct medical expenses each year.

And you wonder why your health insurance costs are so high.
